Refilling your bottles

Since ecostore started in 1993, we’ve been committed to making products that are safer for people and our world. Part of this philosophy means constantly looking for sustainable packaging solutions.

We believe refilling is a great way to reduce plastic pollution and conserve resources. So to help Kiwis save money and our world, we've invested in more than 90 ecostore Refill Stations (and growing) across New Zealand. We were also the first to have a Refill Station at a supermarket – in Durham Street New World – and we have more to come. Worldwide we have a network of more than 200 Refill Stations through New Zealand, Australia and Asia.

All you need to do is rinse out your old bottle, let it dry and take it to your nearest Refill Station. (Don’t forget to bring the cap!) At participating New World supermarkets, purchase a refill bottle in store and reuse this bottle over and over.

Sorry, we don’t refill our powder formulations, as they have a habit of getting very messy and dusty. But feel free to try our liquids instead.
