Gamma-Undecalactone is a fragrance compound with a creamy fruity aroma. It is naturally present in fruits such as peaches and passion fruit; and is also an aromatic component of butter and other milk products. Gamma-Undecalactone is frequently used to impart peach or apricot notes to many foods, fragrances and flavours.
