We love the foaming hand wash and the fragrance, but only a week or two of using it and the pumps are sticking, so we have to manually pull them up.

Soaking the pump in a warm bowl of water and dish liquid can help release any built up product. Rinse through with warm water after. I have the 400ml bottles. Within a short while of buying, the plungers fail to pop up.
However, the soap is really good. I refill my 400ml bottles using the concentrate, filling with water up to the top. I get a lovely thick foamy lather, which washes hands really well. I think it would be too concentrated if I only used 200ml of water. And really expensive!
