Empowering our people
We have a Whistleblowers Policy and Anonymous Reporting Programme so staff have a way to voice any concerns or feedback privately.
We extend an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to all our team members, so they can access support through any difficult life or work issues.
Each member of our team can take a day off a year to volunteer for a charity that matters to them.

Moxie work placements
We offer a 10- week work placement programme to develop and create opportunities for young people with disabilities, including the possibility for permanent employment at the end of the programme.
