Zinc Oxide is a white powder that occurs naturally in the mineral Zincite or is produced synthetically. It is used as an additive in a wide range of products from food to pigments to first aid. The zinc oxide we use in our baby nappy balm acts as an antimicrobial agent, and is not a nanoparticle.
