Keeping your world beautiful

In a sector that’s known for single-use plastics, we’ve spent three decades working towards more circular ways to contain our formulations.

Our packaging approach

Reduce

We’re always looking for new ways to help you bring less plastic into your home - from dish bars to soaps and hair care bars. We’ve removed laundry scoops and made cleaner concentrates in smaller bottles to help reduce unnecessary packaging.

Reuse

Refilling is now more convenient than ever, at one of our many Refill Stations around New Zealand. You can also create your own refill station at home with our bulk sizes so you can reuse the smaller bottles over and over again.

Recycle

We aim to make as much of our packaging as recyclable as possible.  Our bottles are made from HDPE 2 – with a mix of Bio Plastic (plastics made from plants) and recycled material.  HDPE is a high value plastic that is readily recycled in kerbside collections.

Saving truckloads of virgin plastic

*Some bulk formats (4.5kg, 5kg and 20L) are made from standard HDPE for durability. We’re working on this.

recycled plastics

We transitioned our 5L and 5kg bulk containers to 50% recycled plastics in October 2024, with an estimated virgin plastic saving of 12,000kg annually.

Making recycling easier for everybody

Look out for the ARL (Australian Recycling Label programme) on-pack icons as they’re designed to take the guesswork out of recycling. We’re in the process of adding the ARL icons to all of our packaging.

Recycle right

Collaborating for a circular economy

Packaging Forum

We’re members of the Packaging Forum, collectively working towards making all packaging in Aotearoa New Zealand reusable or recyclable.

Soft plastics

We are part of the Soft Plastics Recycling Scheme, helping New Zealanders to dispose of their soft plastics sustainably.
