- Redeemable online and at our Ecostore flagship store.
- Gift cards are issued in the currency of purchase and may only be redeemed in the country where they were bought.
- Can be used in full or across multiple orders until the balance is exhausted or the card expires.
- Non‑transferable and intended for use by the original recipient only.
- Not redeemable for cash or refunds, except where required by law.
- Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Delivered instantly by email to the recipient provided at checkout. Please ensure the email address is correct.
Gift cards are non‑refundable once purchased.
Treat your gift card like cash. Ecostore is not responsible for lost, deleted, stolen or unauthorised use, except where required by law.
Ecostore reserves the right to cancel or suspend gift cards if fraud or misuse is suspected.
