Ingredient - Silicon Dioxide

Silicon dioxide, also known as silica, is a white tasteless powder that can be used as a flow agent to prevent clumping of ingredients. It's produced synthetically or derived from mineral sources, such as quartz sand, through a process of purification and refinement.

Silica is used in some toothpastes and cosmetics, and is also approved for use in food products by regulatory agencies like the US FDA. When combined with other ingredients, such as baking soda, and essential oils, this ingredient helps to create a gentle and effective toothpaste.
