How do I mix your foaming handwash refill concentrate?
Refill your empty, clean ecostore 250ml foaming handwash bottle with 200ml of water, then carefully add the 50ml concentrate. Seal the bottle tight and gently shake it to mix the product. We don’t recommend adding the concentrate first and water second, as this may cause excessive foaming.

Why has my unopened foaming handwash refill concentrate gone cloudy and thick?
This product should be stored at room temperature. It may cloud and thicken below 15°C, but this will not affect the efficacy of the product. To return it to a clear pourable liquid, simply place the unopened bottle in a warm water bath at 40-45°C or leave it somewhere warm like a hot water cupboard. Gently shake before use.
